Your Questions About Tattoo Designs Online Uk

Sharon asks…

Buying tattoo design?

Hi I wanted to buy a tattoo design online, and i wanted to know how it looks. Do they allow you to print it off or do they send it to you? I also live in the UK and the side is from US.

Vanessa answers:

Normally you are redirected to the design once you have paid for it so you can download it, print it off, etc. The good thing about this is that you get the design in digital form so you can adapt the size and colours to your convenience.

Hope it helps

Carol asks…

Can anybody recommend any brand of high-quality temporary tattoos that I can purchase online in the UK?

Am looking for these for a high energy, intense dance/drama show that I’m choreographing. My friend who is designing the costumes asked me to find her some temporary tattoos. Will need to be high-quality so it stays on throughout the show despite sweating and movement. I’m in UK and don’t have a huge amount to spend. Can anyone recommend any brands and/or websites?

Vanessa answers:

Loreal used to do really good tattoos that stayed on for at least a week but I don’t think they do them any more. Perhaps try Ebay?

Steven asks…

How much will this tattoo cost?

Recently a family member of mine past away. I want to get a tattoo in her honor. I have the tattoo picked out, i was just hoping to get a price. The tattoo will look something along these lines:

http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/04_01/beckhamtattooG0904_468x550.jpg

I am only planning on doing the angel found in the center of his back. It is basically the same design as the one i found online and it’s placement and size are exactly how i want them. How much would something like this cost, how much time will it take, how much will it hurt, etc… Just know that nothing i ask will make me not want this tattoo, pain, money, time really all goes in to making it mean more.

Vanessa answers:

I’d say atleast $200, probably closer to $300 but not more then $400….Mine cost $200 and it was an easy tattoo, in the same place, and big. I got quoted that price from several different places.

I forgot to mention the pain factor. I dont know how high your pain tolerance, but that design sits right on your spine. It’d probably be an intense pain.

My tat spans my shoulders, and the parts near the spine hurt the worst, but even so, it wasnt intolerable or excrutiating. I didnt cry, didnt ask for breaks, or anything, was just a bit uncomfortable. I’ve got high pain tolerance, so I was calm and not miserable, but that doesnt mean i didnt feel the pain, it hurt, but not enough to not want the tat. I was actually surprised how little I was bothered by the way it felt-i assumed it’d be a lot worse.

It’s a sharp pain, kind of feels like a pinched nerve, but the anticipation for me was worse then the pain. Hearing the sound of the gun and waiting for the first prick was nerve racking….But once he started I relaxed so much, and the endorphin rush is INCREDIBLE. I was flying higher then a kite for 3 days….And grinning ear to ear. Careful, tats are addictive!

The worst part, actually, was about 2-3 days after when it started to itch. No scratching, no hot showers on your back for 3-6 weeks, no deep tissue massages for 6 months or so…And you gotta be careful how you sleep, too…No sleeping on your back for about 2 weeks.

Sandy asks…

Anyone need me? Multi-talented and unemployed.?

I need some work. I’m 38, of good health and intelligent (155 I.Q), I write lyrics, songs, novels, screenplays and advertising copy. I paint, and design tattoos. I am a trained Pipe-Fitter, Plumber and experienced in most areas of manual work. I concieved and manage an international online event within Entropia Universe which entertains over 1000 participants every year. I live in Bristol, UK, but can work anywhere if the money is right. I am looking for any paid work at all. Thanks for any genuine replies.
I should add: Previous jobs have included 3 years helping build the Second Severn Crossing, several large pipe-fitting contracts including Pfizer (uk) and other more diverse stuff (tree-surgery, house painting, even a bespoke loft conversion). I’ve won writing comps and attended a course in copywriting. Construction work in the UK has dried up, so I’m looking to use any talent I have to pay the bills, my wife and dog can look after themselves but they shouldn’t have to support me. Looking for any way I can show what I can do.

Vanessa answers:

Well if ur THAT talented how come ur still unemployed and will basicly do anything for the right £….

Sound finshy to meeeeeeeeee !!!!!
